At Furnishings For Less UK, we want your delivery to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our delivery team handles your furniture with care and ensures it arrives safely in your home.
Our Delivery Service
- Two-Man Delivery – All orders are delivered by a professional two-man team.
- Room of Choice – Standard delivery is to your ground-floor room of choice.
- Advance Notice – You will receive 48 hours’ notice of your delivery date.
- Time Slot – A 2–3 hour time slot will be provided the day before delivery.
- On the Day Updates – Our drivers will call you 30 minutes before arrival. If preferred, you can request up to 1 hour’s notice.
- Assembly Service – We can provide assembly for a small additional fee (please contact us in advance for details).
- Upper Floors – For deliveries above the ground floor, please contact us for a quotation.

Important Delivery Notes
- Please make sure there is sufficient access for the furniture to be delivered into your chosen room (door widths, staircases, etc.).
- We are unable to accept responsibility for accidental damage to property during delivery.
- Goods must be inspected on arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations & Returns
Before Delivery
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once cancellation is confirmed.
After Delivery
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to request a return. Please contact us by email or phone.#
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds may be reduced if goods show signs of damage, misuse, or are not re-sellable.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. If we collect items, a collection charge may apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after goods are inspected at our warehouse.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
How do I /create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
Do you deliver upstairs?
We can deliver upstairs however there is an additional fee. If there is a lift, we do not charge.
I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart, hence the status of the item is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payment on delivery, bank transfer, Visa, credit card, Klarna, and Clearpay. Simply proceed to checkout and choose your preferred option.
Can I amend and cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by phoning 0121 8209499. Please ensure you do this as quickly as possible to save time and effort on our logistics team.
