Delivery Areas
- We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Some highland areas we do not deliver to.
- Standard delivery includes a two-man ground floor service.
Delivery Arrangements
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when you place your order.
- If you have restricted access (e.g. narrow doors, staircases, lifts, or awkward passageways), you must let us know before delivery so we can plan accordingly.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges are confirmed at checkout or when you place your order.
- Additional fees may apply if special arrangements are required (e.g. upper-floor delivery without lift access).
Delivery Conditions
- While our delivery team will take care in your home, Furnishings For Less UK cannot accept liability for accidental damage to property during delivery.
- Goods are delivered at the customer’s own risk once received and signed for.
Delays
- We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at purchase. However, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. supplier delays, transport issues, strikes, or severe weather).
- We cannot be held responsible for such delays, but we will always keep you informed and work to rearrange delivery as soon as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
- All goods should be inspected upon delivery.
- Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team at 0121 820 9499 or by email. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
Risk & Ownership
- Goods remain the property of Furnishings For Less UK until full payment has been received.
- Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
