Furnishings For Less UK is a family-run business based in the United Kingdom. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of our website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order (online, by phone, email, live chat or in person), you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Orders & Ownership
- Orders may be placed via our website, telephone, email, message or live chat.
- All goods remain the property of Furnishings For Less UK until full payment has been received.
- Goods stored with us are held at the owner’s own risk.
2. Delivery
- We deliver throughout the UK. Standard delivery is a two-man ground floor service. Please inform us in advance if access is restricted (narrow doors, staircases, lifts, etc.).
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. supplier issues, transport delays, strikes, or adverse weather).
- While our delivery team takes care, Furnishings For Less UK cannot accept liability for accidental damage to your property during delivery.
- Any damage to goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
3. Payment
We accept:
- Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Delta/Connect)
- PayPal
- Interest-free finance (where applicable)
- Cash on delivery (we strongly advise against sending cash by post).
4. Cancellations & Returns
Before Delivery
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once cancellation is confirmed.
After Delivery
- You have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to request a return. Please contact us by email or phone.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds may be reduced if goods show signs of damage, misuse, or are not re-sellable.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. If we collect items, a collection charge may apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after goods are inspected at our warehouse.
5. Warranty
- All sofas include a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering frame and spring construction.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Deliberate or accidental damage
- Improper use or failure to follow care instructions
- Commercial or business use

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
6. Accuracy of Content
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are correct at the time of publication.
- Colours may appear differently depending on your screen display; exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
- If errors occur (e.g. pricing or description mistakes), we reserve the right to cancel or amend affected orders.
7. Intellectual Property
- All text, images, and content on this website remain the property of Furnishings For Less UK.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Data Protection
- We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Any personal data you provide will be handled securely and not shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We take reasonable steps to ensure our website is safe and virus-free but cannot guarantee this. Customers should use appropriate antivirus protection.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnishings For Less UK shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue or business
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
